I love the free tier but the moment I need more than 1 space I have to pay. For B2B I can justify it, but I need to show my team the paid features first. A 7-14 day trial on Pro would let me demo to stakeholders without paying out-of-pocket.
Slack alert when a new testimonial comes in
We get a testimonial maybe 2-3 times a week. Checking the dashboard manually is friction. A Slack webhook that drops a message in our #customers channel — "New testimonial from X, 5 stars, click to review" — would close the loop. Bonus: same thing for Discord / Teams.
Native iOS/Android app for approving on the go
I travel a lot and approving testimonials on my phone via the web dashboard is workable but clunky. A native app with push notifications for new submissions + swipe-to-approve would be perfect. Not asking for full-dashboard parity — just inbox + approve + reject.
Push approved testimonials into HubSpot / Salesforce
Our sales team lives in HubSpot. When we get a testimonial, the relevant account owner should see it on the contact record immediately — not have to cross-reference a separate dashboard. Can we get a native HubSpot (and Salesforce) integration that posts approved testimonials as notes or activities on matching contacts by email?
Search + bulk-approve in the testimonials list
As the list grows, finding a specific testimonial is painful — there's no search. Also approving new submissions one-by-one when we launch a campaign and get 20+ at once is tedious. Two asks: 1. Full-text search across name/company/body 2. Select multiple → bulk approve (or bulk reject, for spam)
Zapier fallback for less-common CRMs
You have native Slack / HubSpot / Salesforce which covers my main tools, but I also want to send approved testimonials to Pipedrive and our custom webhook. Can we get a Zapier app (or at minimum a generic outbound webhook) to fill that gap?
G2 / Capterra scraper only grabs first page
Used the G2 import to pull our reviews — works great, BUT it only returns the first page (~10 reviews). We have 80+ on G2 and would love to import them all. Same issue seems to happen on Capterra. Is pagination on the roadmap?
Import testimonials from YouTube comments
I have a bunch of YouTube tutorials and influencers using our product. The video comments are full of praise that I'd love to pull in as text testimonials. Could we paste a YouTube URL and get the top comments? Filter by sentiment or just let us cherry-pick.
Dashboard feels cluttered — fresh UI pass?
Compared to competitors the dashboard feels a bit 2023. Nav is dense, card spacing is tight, some buttons fight each other. Not complaining — the product works — but when I'm showing it to my team it doesn't scream "premium". Any plans for a design refresh?
Auto-approve testimonials from trusted campaigns
Running a campaign where I already know the responses are from paying customers (the form is only shared in our private newsletter). Having them land in Pending and waiting for me to approve is unnecessary friction. Can we set a form to auto-approve on submission? Per-form toggle would be fine.
Bulk import from CSV / Excel
Right now we have about 400 testimonials living in a Google Sheet from the last two years. Adding them one by one would take days. Can we get a CSV or Excel upload? Map columns to fields (name, company, rating, body) and batch-insert. Bonus if it handles images / avatars by URL.
Rich-text (bold / links) in text testimonials
Customers sometimes submit a testimonial with context like "I used X with Y" and it would read much better if "X" and "Y" could be bolded or linked. Right now everything is plain text.
Exported social videos look blurry
Exporting a vertical video from the Studio for Instagram Stories — the result is noticeably lower resolution than the source. Looks fine at 720p but anything I render at 1080 comes out soft. Is this a compression setting? Browser thing? Works on Chrome on my desktop, fails on Safari.
Translate the collection form into multiple languages
Our customer base is ~40% non-English (German, French, Spanish mostly). The collection form's UI copy ("Record a video", "Thanks for your testimonial") is English-only and we see a much higher drop-off rate from non-English visitors. Could we configure per-form language, or auto-detect from browser locale and pick from preset translations?
Import scraping is too slow — 20s+ per platform
Not a blocker but worth flagging — when I kick off a bulk import (G2 + Trustpilot + Capterra in one go) it takes 60-90 seconds before I see anything. Feels like it's sequential, not parallel.
Organize Studio assets into folders
I have 30+ widgets across different landing pages and product lines. The list is getting unmanageable. Can we get folders — nested or flat, either works — and filter by folder in the picker?
Add captcha on signup — we're getting bot spam
In the last week we saw ~20 signups from obvious bots (gibberish names, +1 testimonials with nonsense bodies). Please add captcha on both the signup form and the public collect forms.
Video recorded on iPhone saves but will not play
Recorded a testimonial on Safari on my iPhone. It appeared in the dashboard but plays nothing and shows 0:00. Works on Chrome on my laptop.
Subtitles burned into the video for social
Most people watch with sound off. Auto captions burned into the exported clip would make these usable on Instagram and TikTok without another tool.
Automatic reminder to people who never finished
Half the people who open the link never finish. A polite nudge two days later would probably double what we collect.
Drag-to-reorder widgets + walls in Studio
My Studio list is in creation-order and I can't rearrange. When I'm building a wall I want my newest widgets at the top.
Why do I have to approve reviews I just chose to import?
I picked exactly which Google reviews to import, then had to approve every single one again afterwards. Feels like doing the same job twice.
Spin-the-wheel win/lose outcome is confusing customers
We're using the wheel at checkout. Two complaints from customers: 1. They win a prize but the thank-you email doesn't include the prize details — they forget what they won. 2. The animation ends and nothing happens if they didn't win; they think the form is broken. Clearer "you won X" / "thanks for playing" states would fix both.
Native Webflow embed block
We use Webflow for our marketing site. Your current embed works (iframe) but it's a bit fiddly to style and the height auto-resize is inconsistent. A dedicated Webflow component in their marketplace would be gold.
WordPress plugin instead of pasting a script tag
Most of my clients are on WordPress and are nervous about pasting code into their theme. A plugin with a block would remove that whole conversation.
Shopify app so reviews show on product pages
We sell on Shopify and want video testimonials on individual product pages, not just one wall on the homepage. A proper app in the Shopify store would save us hand-editing Liquid templates.
Show which testimonial actually drives conversions
I have 30 testimonials on the wall and no idea which ones are doing the work. Views per testimonial, and ideally which ones were on screen before someone converted.
Webhook when a testimonial is approved, not just created
We only want to sync approved ones into our CRM. Right now the webhook fires on creation so we get everything including the ones we reject.
Airtable sync so we can use it as a CMS
We use Airtable as our content DB for the marketing site. Syncing approved testimonials into an Airtable base as rows (with fields: name, body, rating, image URL) would let us reuse them in our other tools without copy-paste.
Let customers re-record without starting the whole form again
A client recorded, did not like it, and had to go through every step again from the beginning. A retake button on just the video step would fix it.
Importing the same business twice creates duplicates
Ran the Google import again to pick up new reviews and ended up with two copies of everything on the wall. Had to delete them by hand.
My collection form does not let anyone submit anything
Set up a form, sent it to two clients, both said there was nowhere to actually record or type. They got to the end and it just would not submit.
Empty dashboard on day one is confusing
When I signed up I landed on a completely blank dashboard with no idea what to do next. A preview of what a finished wall looks like would have helped a lot — I nearly closed the tab.
Suggest questions to ask — I never know what to write
Blank form, no idea what to ask. Some suggested questions by industry would make this much less intimidating for people who aren't marketers.
Auto-import shows nothing after connecting a source
Connected Google reviews, waited, nothing appeared. Assumed it was broken and gave up. Turns out it only runs on a schedule? That should be obvious, or it should just run straight away.
Hard to tell what the free plan actually includes
The pricing page says free plan but I could not work out the limits until after signing up. Just put the numbers on the page.
Add Notion integration for syncing testimonials
Would love to be able to push approved video testimonials directly into a Notion database so our team can see them alongside sales notes. One-way sync is fine for v1.
