Rich-text (bold / links) in text testimonials

Customers sometimes submit a testimonial with context like "I used X with Y" and it would read much better if "X" and "Y" could be bolded or linked. Right now everything is plain text.

Thanks Clara — scoping this now. We're going with a markdown-lite approach (bold, italic, links) rather than a full editor. Should ship within 2 weeks.
