Search + bulk-approve in the testimonials list

As the list grows, finding a specific testimonial is painful — there's no search. Also approving new submissions one-by-one when we launch a campaign and get 20+ at once is tedious. Two asks: 1. Full-text search across name/company/body 2. Select multiple → bulk approve (or bulk reject, for spam)

We just ran a wheel campaign and got 40 submissions in 2 days. Bulk-approve would have saved me an hour.
