Video recorded on iPhone saves but will not play

Recorded a testimonial on Safari on my iPhone. It appeared in the dashboard but plays nothing and shows 0:00. Works on Chrome on my laptop.

Same on Mac Safari. Chrome is fine.

Thought it was our wifi. Good to know it is not just us.

This was a real bug and it affected every Safari recording — Safari claims to support a video format it does not actually produce, so the file saved empty. Fixed: recordings now capture correctly on Mac and iPhone, and an empty recording is caught immediately instead of silently going through.
