Offer a free trial before committing to a paid plan
I love the free tier but the moment I need more than 1 space I have to pay. For B2B I can justify it, but I need to show my team the paid features first. A 7-14 day trial on Pro would let me demo to stakeholders without paying out-of-pocket.
Native iOS/Android app for approving on the go
I travel a lot and approving testimonials on my phone via the web dashboard is workable but clunky. A native app with push notifications for new submissions + swipe-to-approve would be perfect. Not asking for full-dashboard parity β just inbox + approve + reject.
Search + bulk-approve in the testimonials list
As the list grows, finding a specific testimonial is painful β there's no search. Also approving new submissions one-by-one when we launch a campaign and get 20+ at once is tedious. Two asks: 1. Full-text search across name/company/body 2. Select multiple β bulk approve (or bulk reject, for spam)
Translate the collection form into multiple languages
Our customer base is ~40% non-English (German, French, Spanish mostly). The collection form's UI copy ("Record a video", "Thanks for your testimonial") is English-only and we see a much higher drop-off rate from non-English visitors. Could we configure per-form language, or auto-detect from browser locale and pick from preset translations?
Rich-text (bold / links) in text testimonials
Customers sometimes submit a testimonial with context like "I used X with Y" and it would read much better if "X" and "Y" could be bolded or linked. Right now everything is plain text.
Auto-approve testimonials from trusted campaigns
Running a campaign where I already know the responses are from paying customers (the form is only shared in our private newsletter). Having them land in Pending and waiting for me to approve is unnecessary friction. Can we set a form to auto-approve on submission? Per-form toggle would be fine.
Add Notion integration for syncing testimonials
Would love to be able to push approved video testimonials directly into a Notion database so our team can see them alongside sales notes. One-way sync is fine for v1.
