Slack alert when a new testimonial comes in

We get a testimonial maybe 2-3 times a week. Checking the dashboard manually is friction. A Slack webhook that drops a message in our #customers channel — "New testimonial from X, 5 stars, click to review" — would close the loop. Bonus: same thing for Discord / Teams.

Great idea. We're planning Slack + Discord + Teams + Telegram in one pass since they're all webhook-based. Should be live in early March.
