We shipped a first wave of native integrations so you can route new testimonials wherever your team lives:
Notifications (per-form, in the Trigger tab):
- Slack — workspace OAuth, rich Block Kit message with avatar, rating, and quick-approve action
- Discord — paste a channel webhook URL, testimonials post as rich embeds
- Telegram — paste a bot token + chat ID, messages land in groups, channels, or DMs
- Microsoft Teams — paste an incoming webhook URL, testimonials render as Adaptive Cards
CRM sync (workspace-level, OAuth):
- HubSpot and Salesforce — every approved testimonial becomes a note / activity on the matching contact. Business plan.
Plus webhooks at Dashboard → Integrations → Automations for anything not on the list.
