We just added external uptime monitoring on both app.videotestimonials.video and the marketing site. Multi-region pings every 3 minutes, independent of Vercel — so if Vercel or Supabase have a bad moment, we know before our customers tell us.
Alerts hit my phone via push + email within seconds of a failure, and auto-resolve when the service comes back.
