If you created a form and sent it out before adding any custom questions, your customer was walked through rating, welcome and consent — and then asked to submit, without ever being given somewhere to actually record a video or type their testimonial.
That's fixed. A form with no questions now shows a default prompt with both the video recorder and the text box, so a customer can always leave something. The Continue button also stays disabled until there's genuinely something to submit, rather than letting someone reach the end with nothing.
If you set your form up and it seemed like nothing worked, this was why. Sorry.
